Did not assume any such thing just noted that setting a court date for judicial review of any filed complaint about no ASM would trigger a likely response by NWBO before any court ordered judges decision. Glad that branster looked into it and found nothing on the docket because that clears the way for what you and all the rest of us are hoping for. The potential for no news by the ASM still exists but is greatly reduced now because of what management knows would happen if there wasn’t any material event about to occur. My posting on this thread is related to being prepared. My excitement about May 10th 2022 NYAS top line data got the better of me so that I did not warn of the possibility for what did happen instead of what all longs including myself hoped would happen back then. The tables have turned since then because manufacturing is now almost ready to be fitted out for full ramp up and moving quickly towards worldwide distribution through as of yet anticipated but unannounced partnership(s)/franchises.
