No doubt Cole has been invaluable on the mound and off the mound sharing his wealth....Blake has fine tuned many a Yankee reclamation project--couple examples---Weaver was mediocre at best until he got to NY--under Blake he has been an absolute stud....Holmes was another mediocre pitcher in Pittsburgh who has elevated his game here to almost elite closer status under Blake....
