Is the vote a simple "yes or no" without knowing the ratio of the reverse split?

A R/S was obviously coming, but I'd like to know the ratio.

I saw in the 4/29 prospectus that it would be "from 1:2 to 1:20" but anything under 1:10 probably won't keep it above $1 for long. Reverse splits suck.
