The Aha Moment: Congrats to the attorneys, too.

Each filing was a joy to read. Everytime it looked like ABB had them on the run, INRA attorneys would come back with an argument that would just blow you away.

For example, the crux of the case was referred to as "The Aha Moment." During the meeting at RWT headquarters, one of the ABB guys was quoted as saying, "Oh, so that's how you do that." (paraphrase) Hence, "The Aha Moment"
