That may be. BUT: They have documented $78 million already awarded in DoD drone contracts for Ukraine; and the latest Q shows $10 million in global-based contracts for Q! 2024. In addition, OTC recently did allow them to start submitting financial reports and that's a major change from before. How many pink sheet stocks can claim those kinds of documented revenues???
Whatever else is going on here is a giant black box and the Market appears to have little confidence that the CE will be removed. So, I'm not holding my breath. Clearly Schmidt's earlier actions over the years appears to have badly damaged his standing with the OTC.
