I didn't give any advice, I cited my own personal experience and encouraged others to think outside of the box.

IMO - "Do your own DD" also applies to doctors and drugs.

Xena obviously has serious medical issues and has done a lot of research on her own. Whatever she decides to put into her body is her right but encouraging others to follow her advice when she knows nothing about other people’s medical conditions is wrong.
