Roger that PICK... in fact, I got a couple of very immature responses which did not even offer their own personal thought. I have always admitted that I do not know the when or how much... as it appears does EVERYONE ELSE...
And some on this board get upset at Lodas, UP, you and others... and quite frankly, now me... for saying that after 15+ years there ought to be some verifiable evidence, and I mean REAL EVIDENCE... not emotions... that monies are coming back to anyone in any amount.
H... I released my P's for which I've been told like everyone else that they were deemed worthless and removed from our accounts. Yes, I know... they have my W9 and other information. GREAT... but, IMO... I have lost hope of any windfall. Many are holding onto the fact that FDIC-R has not listed the bank on the "closed" list... fair enough... I wonder what the mantra will be when that is behind us.
I occasionally posted that I was surprised that not one person on this board knows someone directly at the FDIC who can give us some inside intel... some will say that is not how it works... BS... I've been around several blocks working for companies and know otherwise. But that by now... 15+ F years... someone does not know someone who might have a connection to help us once and for all put some of these continued beliefs to bed.
Funny how it has been crickets after my questions... they were clear and not insulting to one person on this board... yet some feel the necessity to respond not with fact but with distain and childish comments... very productive... NOT !!
I learned a long time to read ALL that has been filed... THAT is what counts. At some point, the remaining hopeful wells of potential money clear the field once and for all... and put a nail in this coffin... sooner than later.
There is not one person on this board IMO who would not love to be proven wrong... and to receive something for this disaster. Absent irrefutable and documented evidence that monies are coming back "soon"... I will continue to focus on COOP. My life is not dependent upon a hopeful and wishful payout.
One final comment here... the page after page after page of redacted pages we all know about from way back when... is total BS... IMO there are skeletons there which could tell us (possibly) a few "what's and why's"... but that will never happen. This bankruptcy was rife with corruption.
