I used to manage a broker dealer (mid size 1,300 people $300M revenues) so I do understand spoofing and market manipulation since I had to fight with such things everyday for years.
What I don’t understand here is the cult investors have created with management of NWBO.

Once again, management of NWBO ARE OLD & THEY NEED HELP.
