IMO, it's in under another name so all the Bashers and Plaintiffs don't call and send hundreds of emails to them like they did with others like DNV-Gl, SGS and more causing Astra/Holcomb requesting to remove listings for now.

ASTRA had to remove listing because ASTRA mis-stated the actual findings of the testing facility.

It’s worth nothing again that UL will do independent testing without Holcomb present on property.

They could have a PR that says something like (for example) today we have submitted our initial documents to UK for testing costs by UL that will be incurred as part of our efforts to obtain the UL label..

How pathetic - UL will only accept an application for the Generator from the owner and inventor and not under a pseudonym, what planet do you live on trying to spread those lies.

So we are clear, the HES gadgets (under any name) have not yet been presented in any form or draft, to underwriters laboratories about pricing for testing of the Holcomb system as of yesterday under any name. The request for pricing is the first step of the UL certification process.

The UL label will have much greater value to the manufacturer, rather than be assigned to a 3rd party. If the HES devices are so great, then ASTRA will absolutely want to be on record with the UL label award.
