I'd prefer no buyout at all, but if there is one I certainly don't want it before our share price is well into double digits. It's not impossible for us to be at $10 or more this year, and that could get an offer that's roughly double the current price, but I'd love to see it go higher than that. Long term if we remain independent, perhaps with a BP partner, I believe we have the potential to go into triple digits as DCVax's become a part of the SOC in many solid cancers. Note, I said DCVax's because in time DCVax-Direct will join in the fight against cancer.

The potential for a partnership could come any time after at least the initial approval, but if LP wants at least $20 a share for the buy-in they need to achieve a double digit share price, that may require more than UK approval. Filing with other regulators and acceptance of the EDEN unit ought to do it. It's certainly possible this year, but let's wait for the Annual Meeting to hear what the company's plans are for the remainder of the year and the future beyond.
