I think the announcement was put out simply to let us investor breath a sigh of relief. It was short and to the point and did indeed lack information as to what the plans are here. That will all come as we move forward, and perhaps a bit of an explanation as to why the first quarter was so low on revenue. I have my own theory on it but would like to hear what Patrick has to say and not have to wait for the results of Q 2 to be posted.
Since OneMind was in a mandatory quiet period for the entire quarter I think that what ever work they did and what ever payments they received, such as the billings from the Saudi jobs as well as any Dell related income was kept off books until April first. Q 2 will be OneMind revenue as well as what ever revenue Durham Black produced in Q 2. Remember effective with Q 2 this will be the first time Durham Black has shown the public any type of dollars that they earn.
We have some interesting things coming our way... Contrivian, 3 unnamed new members to the fold, line up of what they expect to achieve now that the merger is done... Hopefully Patrick is a "Keep Shareholders In The Loop" kind of guy. We shall see
