The more i think about it, when it comes to controlling a stock with forthcoming good news, mms & funds should want more shares at their disposal over very few. Low float stocks are better for stocks with bad news, or news that can be spun negatively, allowing mms to naked short to help reduce the overinflated stockprice and then cover those naked shorts with shares retail and AI dump. Low floats can become very difficult to control. If SINT became a low float and they released significant news, who's going to want to sell their shares once people realize just how valuable this tech is? I know i certainly wouldnt. Then again im a bad example.
In that scenario, funds would want to accumulate under the umbrella of these P&Ds. The fact that delisting and an enormous RS are overhanging only helps provide cover and keep traders at bay. This is why i asked can they hide their accumulation so its not obvious to TA traders?
What id like to see is this suddenly shoots over 1 organically for "whatever reason" and management just sits on that RS. Then management can do an offering raising 10m with as little as 10m new shares. That scenario would give funds & mms plenty of shares to help control the price, and i step into the shadows allowing them to completely control the narrative. Fantasy i know, but possible if those manipulating this want it.
