Xena, can funds hide accumulation in these P&Ds without indicators showing? I wonder whats taking so long to announce RS effective date?
From the timing, size, and duration of this effort - I believe it has to be multiple AI computers working the turf. I also believe that it is possible that they have made a ton of money on the pump and dump alone. If the technology is finally mature It is quite possible that they want to do the R/S with a smaller number of shares so they can both control and trade the stock when the great news starts leaking out. T+1 may also be pushing them to slow down on the monkey business, but if you have multiple manipulators what's to stop them from creating some sort of T+1 circle jerk?
So my answer is just speculation about possibilities and I'd love to hear other ideas.
