Completely agree. There will be a lot of total-crap activity that will have nothing to do with ENZC's survival, or actual business operations, if it comes from anyone on Harry's board or Harry himself. I imagine Sharabura has already flown the coop.
A lot of folks are filing written complaints to the SEC right now, naming Harry, Kelli and ENZC in general. May not result in anything, but it's now in the SEC system so who knows? Harry will hear about it with an SEC notice, probably no action, but he'll get a notice of a possible, official inquiry. That's how the SEC handles all numerous complaints against a single, publicly traded company, even if the company is in the PINKs.
IMHO, nothing is ENZC news until we heard from the CCC Gang or one of their current entities, Andexus and/or Monoclonal Antibody tech. Let's hope it's an unveiling of a new-old ENZC management team. I suspect we may have a new fiscal quarter of corporate-shakedown 'hanging-on' coming up. I hope they're farther along with this.
