Is not into common shares but then where are these new 3 million shares came from?? Look like almost every 6 months or si ab additional shares being added to the outstanding shares. Maybe u could ask tge management that questions.. This stuff can spook the investors..I just don't know what will take to move this stock anymore..I'm baffled as heck by the stock reactions..
