Can't hurt, but I'd strongly believe at this point, that this is Harry's new lawyer and accounting firm, that may have already terminated or reduced operations with ENZC due to non-payment. Both are hire-by-online-services, very small offices by individuals who work with small businesses. I suspect Harry reached out and contracted with both parties so he could mess with shares, money and incorporation by-laws. Probably from page 1 of his frantic web-search.

They could already be gone by now, or ready to jump ship once legal actions get landed on Harry's desk.
