So basically you know 6 guys who are unable to raise money or has any plans to raise money, but yet they want to run a company. So why would anyone give any of 6 six guys any money if they cant run a company? Sorry Dude... You cant proceed with the build out until the money is secured, so you're plan has a serious flaw... NO MONEY!!

Dan has a plan!
Dan is executing that plan to get non dilutive funding!

Then once that funding is secured he will build out the plants.

If you don't like Dan plans, move on
