Coop is not going to respond to your e-mails because they already stated in the chapter 11 closing document that they were aware that certain posters on the message board were exploiting the idea that former shareholders "owned the estate", and that more money was coming after the chapter 11 closure... you said that you read the documents?... did you read page 96?... Title to assets belong to the reorganized debtor, JPM, FDIC, and WMIL-T?...did you reads where the estate belongs to reorganized WMIH?...how about all assets of WMI required to be disclosed and not disclosed was stated in court to bring former shareholders in the settlement of the chapter 11?... did you read also, that 7 rerinsurance trusts , which were subs of WMMRC was dissolved to place money in the WMIL-T?....also, did you read where WMIIC, the only logical place where off balance sheet assets could be , was liquidated, and closed down?....did you read where auditors valued WMIH at 71 million dollars total enterprise value?... did you read the "going concern" statement they made if they did not get a merger partner?????....... what the hell are you driving at with these incessant questions of fraud committed upon you?.....get an attorney to answer your questions, because these SEC FILINGS ARE WRITTEN BY ATTORNEYS!!!!!!!!!!!.....you are in extreme denial of all documents that have been submitted by ANY AGENCY CONNECTED THE COURTS, ROSEN, WMI, WMIH, POR 7, GLOBIC AGREEMENT, AND WMIL-T!!!!!.... you are not a shareholder anymore of defunct WMI, and have no rights to any estate of WAMU, if any...no one stole your money, or defrauded you,,,this idea has been conjured in your mind by listening to the rest of the nuts on this message board who believe that they "own the estate.....you got, thankfully, your stock in the new company because of Nate Toma, the Judge, Willingham and Susman...get a life, find peace, leave this stuff alone... its over 11 years ago when all LEGAL PARTIES SIGNED THE AGREEMENTS TO BRING WMI OUT OF CHAPTER 11......Lodas
