...without any hope of ever having any corporate actions (such as a name/ticker symbol change or a reverse merger) approved by the SEC/FINRA because of all of it's SEC/FINRA regulatory problems that are an existential threat to GVSI, plus the pesky SEC restriction on corporate actions because of its delinquency.

What ever happened to Sharp submitting the name and ticker symbol change to FINRA ages ago and then never mentioning it again?

There's a reason that dumpster fire of a stock is at .002 and dropping - that was a MASSIVE price crash.
