FWIW, the application number on that notice does not appear to match any of the 3 applications assigned to BGEN and the application filing date on the notice appears to be 9/15/2023, the same date of the BCA. Is this the same as the international PCT HIV application with a new number for the US application or a different invention?? JMHO.

FWIW, I also notice that Dr. C put hashtags in for HIV, AI and something called "IPportfolio" but doesn't specifically mention covid or the feline leukemia applications in his post on X. JMHO.

Seems like they don’t need ENZC and keep moving further away. I just want them to open a portal for me so I can invest in their work.

Wondering if this one of their tactics, to merge in what's left of ENZC when Harry pulls the plug, or if they vote to merge Adnexus with ENZC after a new vote, pending SAGA share returns? We know they have other partner plans and potential merge options, but it seems to me, merging ENZC back into either Adnexus or MABS Tech could answer, equitably, the shareholder interest issue, and the fastest way to avoid legal challenges from old ENZC abusers from the past.

Something is certainly going on. Would save a lot of unrest if Charles or Dr. Chandra make an announcement that comes in the form of a shareholder recommendation soon.
