1. DIGITAL PAYMENTS

In addition to the robust functionality of the HUMBL Wallet, we are working to expand our digital payments offering to include fiat peer-to-peer (p2p) currency payments. Our technology team has passed its sandbox review with our partner bank. We are now waiting on production keys from the bank’s technology team. This is up to the banking partner and not us on timing and final approvals.

2. DIGITAL TICKETING

Our initial testing of the HUMBL Tickets platform started at the Motherland Festival in Samoa this time last year, managing thousands of attendees at Apia Park Stadium from multiple countries and languages. After the Motherland Festival, we have now continued to successfully test and refine the platform, stepping into larger clients such as the Arena Football League (AFL).

Our HUMBL Tickets system worked very well at the Arena Football League (AFL) level at the Oregon State Fairgrounds arena over the last several weeks, managing passes and tickets for Owners, VIP’s, Corporate Sponsors, General Admission and more. This was incredibly valuable for us to stress test the HUMBL Tickets product lines with thousands of customers in a game-day environment.

The HUMBL Tickets product line includes the HUMBL Wallet, HUMBL Venue Scanner app and the HUMBL Token Engine which mints primary market tickets as well as COAs, CORs, and more. The HUMBL Token Engine has been tested to mint 5,000 tickets in a single transaction and can accommodate venues of all sizes.

They are out of the Ticket business??
