It is normal for companies to file a NT for an extension. CLNV has filed for extensions in the past and we will do it likely again in the future, just like many other companies. It is really a non-event filing.
What really matters is closing WV financing and the Green Bond/Saudis agreements. Hopefully, we will see updates on both soon.
