Question: what are all the events in the works right now that cannot be
discussed until the fall? Do they or do they not include the MHRA approval
and how do accelerated approvals fit into all this?

My speculation is that there are several matters that need addressing, in regards to the application as a whole, that will / may take months to resolve.
The clock has not been stopped, rather thrown out of the Regulatory window !!
