Why not? ALT and L are the same thing according to you guys. The patent is in the process so UCLA teaches their own using Eden units

You are correct, the end product is the same. The manufacturing process is different. UCLA (and the rest of the pharma world) needs NWBO’s process.

Seriously doubt NWBO could charge UCLA for making DCVAX L for Pll & Plll's.

Correct again, considering NWBO is much more likely just to be co-sponsoring the actual trial, so really they’ll be making the vaccine for themselves.
