Unfortunately, this may be nothing. I am thinking it may have to do with something changing on the Proxy that allows you to change your vote before deadline.

Normally nothing happens before the Annual Meeting as it is just for show and SEC requirements.

We shall soon find out.

Looks to me the directors are bucking for a pay raise that's all. At a minimum to justify stock and salary before the proxy vote.
