Your suggestion is legally nonsense. If the court decided in a final verdict that they cant increase their holdings just to keep up with dilution then that decision will still stand in 6 weeks end of June. Any new vote on that will be illegitimate
Ok so you didn't understand what I meant with a new vote. Any new vote to increase their warrants/options will be ILLEGAL get it. No rinse repeat Court said NO.
Just must know what illegal means.
