what is wrong with this? Most drug companies have programs to reduce drug costs for consumers. NW is no different. When my mother was alive, she got deep discounts from Abbie for Humira when it first came out. She was assigned a rep from the Company who offered deep discounts for her. Nothing wrong with that.

Furthermore:

Pharmaceutical companies often offer discounts and assistance programs to consumers to help make their medications more affordable. These programs can take various forms, such as coupons, rebates, patient assistance programs (PAPs), or co-pay assistance programs. They may be available for brand-name drugs or even for certain generic medications. These initiatives aim to alleviate the financial burden on patients, especially for those who are uninsured, underinsured, or facing high out-of-pocket costs. However, the availability and terms of these discounts can vary depending on factors such as the specific medication, the patient's eligibility criteria, and the country's healthcare system.
