If that time has now arrived to have a Nothing Burger ASM just because we should have one then why not have one in 22 days?

I mean, that's fine. Certainly an opinion, and certainly not one I can say with any confidence you are wrong about.

It's just my opinion, as well, that it isn't as clear as you are claiming.

Reckon we'll find out soon. Hope you're right and we're celebrating management at the next ASM. I just am not nearly as confident as you.

The legal need to hold an ASM is urgent yet they have waited and risked a lawsuit to force an ASM.

This is why they are having an ASM, after realizing approval wont come before Aug ish timeframe (prob Sep/Oct) They cant push it any further. Yes could have been in May, but schedule didnt allow.
