UCLA campus did have significant protest activity I don’t know if they were violent or how long they were occupied.

To me, UCLA is the only place that would be inspected and could have been mandatory. Alternatively, how does the only mfg site not get inspected? In any event, the physical inspection is part of phase II- the other part of phase LL would be going thru clinical data sampling and matching against GMP and CMP-

Regarding RFI so far I believe there hasn't been one and remembering that RFI is a full 60 days
clock stop, then its totally understandable that its the last thing MHRA, NICE and NHS would want to impose seeing as they
have made huge attempts in 2023 to streamline this kind of important decision especially in a no needs met treatment.

Aso MHRA have got years of compassionate data , they approved PIP last year so I feel sure if they have questions they would
not be presented under the RFI protocol and I am convinced they work with the company in getting to a decision as soon as
humanly possible.

MHRA are not trying to catch them out for heavens sake and we know even NICE are on standby.

Flipper, please forget about anything that Les has said or will say or has said in the past. I don’t think he’s ever said anything that has been accurate in the history of this company. I think it was his quote in 2019 that we were on the one yard lineor something like that.

He has been inaccurate continually and consistently. It’s really the only consistency with NWBO is that Les will be inaccurate in what he says always. He will never be clear. He always speaks like it’s cloak and dagger. I don’t know if he does this on purpose or if he’s just stupid. I’m kind of inclining that he’s stupid, on that side of things but a good friend of LP and loyal so she keeps him around.

He screwed up so many things with this company by not filing for different regulatory filings that are necessary, etc. etc. so my advice to you is to go with what is said in the SEC documents as those are pretty much always accurate.


Discount like 100% whatever less says. He has no credibility whatsoever.
