Hello board:

I am certainly not bragging when I communicate that I have over 2 million shares and have consistently added since 2005. ALR Technologies was located in Winston Salem, N.C. before it's move to Atlanta. I had the privilege to have dinner with the managing partner, whom had previously worked for Merck Pharmaceuticals, and we shared thoughts, positive ideas and dreamed of what the future might hold. To this day, I have never forgotten that conversation and I'm pleased to share that I feel the Chan family has honored their shareholders by continuing to prod forward and not do anything to dilute our value. Unlike most CEO's, of small companies, their stock is milked and diluted so that a certain few insiders ever realize any money.

With what I've said above ... I recently sent Joe Stern an E-mail, he was prompt to reply and I feel his response was reasonable and certainly not hyped! I posted his actual reply as a courtesy to those that truly care about the future direction of the company. I will say that I am not surprised to open up this blog and find the same negative people (you KNOW who you are) commenting about the current share price. One real comment about the share price ... before ALR Technologies received FDA approval, the stock price declined to less than a penny! If I recall ... it was $.001 ... with that FDA news it popped to over $.14 and has gradually declined. Personally, I would not have the money, that I've invested, tied up for almost 20 years if I truly believed that $.14 was all that we can expect. I wish that the negativity from a select few here could be tempered into optimism and allow ALRTF to finally implement both their human and animal viable health solutions. I certainly appreciate cost efficiency and coming to market with both a unique medical product and one that is cost effective seems prudent.

Joe Stern's reply indicated they are "close" ... I am hearing possibly late 2nd quarter or the 3rd quarter. For the scoffers, you could sell your shares and offset the loss with a gain from another stock ..., if you have any! In the interim, please go away ... your negative spew gets old and SERVES NO PURPOSE .. other than to make you look stupid and appear to be a novice stock trader. Let's be real ... WE ALL KNOW that any penny stock is risky and all of the investment can literally evaporate! These "niche stocks" are not for everyone; perhaps, not for you and your negative countenance! Especially, if you are negative regarding ALRTF ... yet buy more stock, then trash the stock price and complain about it's performance!

Best wishes to all that patiently wait and are positive and excited about our future as shareholders ... I truly believe the company is close to turning the stock price into a vibrant and accretive result!

Kindest regards, J Ayers
