Why? It makes no regulatory sense. An maa evaluation clock day one does not default to the validation confirmation date. Ex is throwing sh_t against the wall. Evaluation starts upon receipt of a valid maa, this was a valid maa without any changes between receipt, which was on December 21, it was still valid on passing validation on January 24, and still valid at validation confirmation, March 7. In all that time, the maa was never modified.

The validation confirmation process does not delay the evaluation process.

Why was Les wrong about the 10q supposedly going to discuss a fall (aka:Autumn) timeline? One day before the 10q and Les chose to lie about its contents? I don’t think so. So why was he wrong? Stupidity? I don’t think so.

At this point Les has intentionally muddied the waters. Being wrong about the 10q just one day before it came out, but not thereafter explaining himself.

Why?
