Since when has the Co. ever tipped their hand about timelines publicly?

In their Aug 2023 PR when they initially announced a timeline for MAA submittal.... which unfortunately did not pan out as intended.

And RFI with requesting extension on top of that will not be considered -on track for accelerated approval , at least a lawyer won’t be saying that publicly when they already had a complain to MHRA few months ago as someone posted on X.

You are reading it wrong.

Here is what he said. I separated the two thoughts for clarity.

So no news is good news. We’re on track for an accelerated approval (29:21) we’re thinking sometime later, in the fall.

We’ll have something to say about that in the 10q we file probably (29:28) tomorrow.

Clearly LG is talking about waiting until the fall to travel back in time to May 10th to not say anything about what happened in the interim in the Q that he was not certain would be filed by the May 10th deadline. Of course then you have to wonder how he wasn't already aware on the 9th that the Q had been timely filed on the 10th.

Since the Q wasn't out yet, Les wasn't in a position to say anything more finite. He was also hedging knowing site visits weren't set up yet. We are on track for accelerated approval until we are not....Meaning, if site visits aren't scheduled within the next 3 weeks, then most likely a decision on approval won't happen by end of June.

In the meantime, I will sit back and relax and wait for the inevitable.
