It didn’t seem to me that he will be saying no news is good news and they would have to tell shareholders if there was something negative if there was RFI . You may not consider it negative , some may . So it is in grey area , and he won’t have said so confidently what he said , and being a lawyer would have refrained from making such statement . Just my opinion

He didn’t. I’m letting you know that’s what putting 150 days + 60 days + 60 days (extension request) would get you

More like 150 days + MHRA needs x additional days to conduct inspections...My guess another 30 so perhaps we are looking at the end of June.
