It’s near when a first and only extension to respond would end. AKA: July 17.

It’s par for the course, NWBO could only slow down the application in one place after it was submitted, and that would have been to ask for an extra 60 days to get their RFI response perfect. It appears they asked for that time on or about May 9. The same date Les apparently spoke, and the same date the first 60 days would have otherwise ended. IMO.
