Several strategic BP's paying a combined "billion$" for the right to combine with DCVAX all over the globe for so many cancers and other indications, with all the BP's running new trials, paying for the cost of them, and paying NWBO a percentage of gross income from the sales... then uplist for NWBO, and institutional buying will put NWBO in their proper place pricewise!!! At least, that's what I'm seeing...
