Bobby1151... You need to special order through your doctor or pharmacist the extra large size suppositories that can accommodate the Actipatch. Separate the capsule and fold the Actipatch to fit inside. If you're loose like Art insert dry but I would recommend lube especially the first time. Good Luck Bro...
