The stupid shell risk thing made this stock worthless for the most part until it was removed and it goes back current info to remove the trading restrictions. That would have delayed any kind of merger/acquisition in my opinion. No one partners/mergers with a worthless public traded company. The value of being part of a publicly traded company is the stock price.
