The MHRA 150-day clock won't start until validation, so let's assume January 24, 2024, is when the Phase I clock begins. The 80th day would be April 14. Anything that happened between April 1 and April 14 will not be included in this 10Q, in my opinion.

Anyways, I believe we can simply ask David Innes or the MHRA directly if they have received an RFI or when the 150-day clock actually starts—whether it's January 24 or March 7.

I did ask DI thru email I doubt he will give me a straight response but maybe Mhra can give us an answer. I don’t think the question will violate any rules.
