If they were going to report validation in 10Q anyway then why didn’t they Put it when lot of SH were asking for it . Don’t know what their thinking is at this point

That is how I interpret that language. The alternative would have been to say, MAA application is being validated as we answer additional questions regarding our filing (or something like that).....meaning RFI.
