Perhaps, unless the March 7th confirmation of validation was the close of phase 1, with no RFI, and phase 2 began March 8th. 70 days from March 8th is still in May.

Annual Shareholder Meeting. The Company plans to conduct its Annual Shareholder Meeting before the end of June 2024.

Since NWBO is planning the ASM for no later than the
end of June, we should receive notification of that event
by the the second week in June. I therefore believe
that the company expects the MHRA approval no later
than during the first week in June.

I really hope that the MHRA isn’t taking forever just to validate the submission. Based on the statement from $NWBO, they are telling us that they did not cause the delay, as they did not make any amendments to the submission. The MHRA barely finished the validation on March 7, and they just started the Phase I clock on March 7.

I hope things get clarified on asm.
