If anyone serving in making the decisions ask themselves, what would I want if I were diagnosed with GBM, DCVax-L and Poly-ICLC ought to be a slam dunk.

Although your comment is said with genuine sincerity, you know it simply is not how the Regulatory Approval system works.
They don’t do piece meal applications.
The MHRA are considering NWBO’s stand-alone DCVAX-L treatment ONLY.

It will be for UCLA to make a fresh application to the Regulator, which will have nothing to do with NWBO.
They will play no part in that new process.

And if the DCVAX-L is declined an MAA and, at a later date UCLA’s combo iteration is approved, this retrospectively would not get the MAA refusal decision overturned, as they are totally different treatments.
