I would say 90% of the penny stocks trading today have used PU in the past. It's the only way to have received $$$ in the past 3 years because lending has totally dried up, especially with a company like GSTC who as of right now has NADA but a story and the story looks like it's BS unless he can put out an 8k showing a partnership with a CRO. IMO
