Nah. History shows consistently for 10 years it'll always flip after a bit, even at lower ranges than this. Shows pretty much year after year it'll go from .018-.02 to anywhere from .07 to .12 stretching all the way to 2020.

I'm assuming the .04 to 43 cents was manipulated, but with current economy I wouldn't be surprised if that floods back in again since that pump was probably based off of nothing. CLNV would just have to be very smart and 1. Pay off all the "bad notes" immediately and also buy back some shares and not do a dilution. With that and secured funding from whatever they should be comfortably back in the .12-.40 range.

Or, they can pull an INKW and ALPP and burn their business to the ground the minute it floats. ALPP went from like .03 cents to 9 dollars a share without reverse split and managed to take all their money and buy really stupid crap and burned their company to the ground lol.
