From what I see, Jim is raising like 25k every 3 months from PU. 8k a month is hardly highway robbery. Even if he was using some for his salary, that is not abuse. What evidence do you have that something illegal is taking place. Let’s face it, you are just unhappy with the CeO and stock and are just making stuff up out of bitterness, right?
