It sure is...it makes me wonder if the 1B is returned to the Treasury, how long will it stay there?

They haven't yet fully explained how the new CEO will be compensated. Will he get Restricted Commons in addition to Preferreds? They mentioned him having "control ownership with earn out thresholds..."

And as I almost hit the send button, they just Tweeted the below showing they are reading the Board. imo.

Also they advertised this earlier as a "Lithium" endeavor. But it seems it's more centered around "Gold" mining/trading, and later on "Green Energy Metals." (Which could be Lithium, but also may include several others.) At least that's my interpretation after reading the PR, and the Transcript, and watching Vlad's video introduction.
