We don’t know what they are going to do with the one billion shares returned to the treasury. They aren’t restricted any longer.

We don’t know the outcome of the bottled water equipment. Miro said they were selling it to pay off the debt.

We don’t know the terms used to acquire the Gold and mining businesses.

We don’t know how much was paid (in cash) to keep the e-commerce biz.
