That doesn’t make sense to me. They are like every other lender. They convert as soon as they can and they get their discount. It doesn’t benefit anyone for the stock to be low and not liquid. It is also normal for a CEO to want to create some liquidity during that conversion to help maintain a share price. Now, it is strange to me that the only PRS we get are timed for that event, but I’m thinking we wouldn’t get any PRs otherwise. I think Jim is more concerned with getting this done a lot more than babysitting investors. If you think this all about Jim making some money, how do you suppose that is happening?
