You are shedding your newbie hat and putting on an experienced investors hat.. nice job Dj Buy at that price simply works as a show of strength then when filled the gap returns and with .0101 up not many, if any, will sell to the Bidder at that price... so it stabilizes the stock and tells people if you want in... Slap the Ask or wait and pay more when someone else takes it out and it move up.
