Way to catch-up? You still deny that XTI Aircraft itself says it owes Xeriant $5,4M as 3.3M pre-merger XTI Aircraft stock.

Classic magadem revisionist.

Here's crazy Quester:

"As for LaBell and CFO I still believe they received some form of payment from the money paid to the JV."

Nowhere shown in XTI's financial filings.
So, XTI Aircraft hid this payment from showing this payment in its SEC financial filings?

"I don't think Labell was out to screw XTI just make a profit before he left. That's why I say he protected XTI from ever having any permanent involvement with XERI."

How does LaBell protect his company from any permanent involvement with Xeriant by making a legal contract that on its face provides fair exchange of Xeriant dollars for XTI Aircraft stock?
Your answer: an escape clause;
Therefore a legal contract, that concurrently intends to subversively trick the SEC and trick shareholders of both companies.
You're a paranoid nutjob! Classic maganut.

"The CASH clause alone proves that they were NEVER intended to receive any stock."

Well, that's quite a proof you provide.
Your 'proof' (lol) denies the existing countering proof of:
1.) the JV Agreement contract that provides stock to Xeriant,
2.) the money paid by Xeriant to XTI Aircraft through the JV,
3.) that XTI Aircraft and Inpixon claim XTI Aircraft owes Xeriant a $5.4M in XTI Aircraft stock, equivalent to approximately 9.5% of XTI Aircraft.
