if they change the cat system for the negative this late in the game means they never wanted it to be passed in the first place, thus it was only meant to appease us to make it look like they are doing something.
let's wait and see. i still haven't seen any news or blogs on making changes to it. i did see blunt's video about tuesdays meeting but that was all for naught. i just know of the shorts lawsuit to stop it. imo, i still think they are ok to go.
once the judge throws out their case then it should start going up.
